• Full refund if an order cannot be fulfilled (e.g. stock unavailable after deposit).
• No refunds after dispatch.
• Self-collection is recommended. Shipping is at your own risk — see “Shipping risk & insurance” below.

• 50% deposit required to secure allocation.
• Balance payable before delivery or collection.
• ETA provided at time of order; may shift based on supplier timing.

• Orders are dispatched in good condition and packed with care. We recommend self-collection, which avoids shipping risk entirely.
• If you choose shipping, transit risk passes to you once the order is dispatched. ZaynTCG is not liable for damage or loss caused by the courier during delivery.
• J&T tracked shipping is standard but uninsured. Shipping insurance is available at additional cost (buyer’s option) — request it when placing your order, before payment.
• This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, not as described, or damaged before dispatch — see Refunds.
